**Colour**
Most often in black or white colours. White cable ties are usually not UV stabalised. The black UV stabalised versions are not significantly more expensive so we should only use them.

**Storage Options**
For each of the sizes we keep in stock there needs to be two storage areas (kept close to each other). They are for
- Loose components
- Packaged components
When taking cable ties onsite one of the best packagings that you can use is the bag that they came in. There is usually 100 in a bag and if you cut a hole in the middle you can easily slide some cable ties out whilst ensuring that they will stay in their packet for the rest of the time.
I'm thinking 3 x the anko 1l 10.2x20x10.2cm [[Storage Containers]] for the lengths that are under 200mm. Then some spagetti containers (probably the largest sizes) for the lengths up to 300mm.
I don't think I will seperate the UV and non-UV stabilised items. They are easy to tell apart and we shouldn't be buying the non-UV ones in future.
Do we need a place for longer cable ties? Probably do. Sizes get out to 600mm. Probably use one of the bunnings long boxes.
