Bought a 4 wheel heavy duty garden [trolley](https://www.bunnings.com.au/gorilla-carts-170l-steel-mesh-cart_p0129997) from Bunnings. It has pneumatic tires which helps with hauling stuff from downstairs along the side of the building and up to the front. It has removable sides so that it can operate in flat bed mode. It will need to live downstairs as it is quite large.
